What We’re Looking For
  • Sales-driven mindset with a passion for helping others
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and auditory)
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver
  • Experience in sales or insurance (preferred but not required)
  • Ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health Licenses
Your Role & Impact
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, and drive new business growth
  • Participate in hands-on training and become an industry expert
